The BX Productions Partnership Program offers communities the opportunity to collaborate directly with BX Productions on a featured video project.
Custom community video
BX Productions may create a Minecraft or Roblox video centered around your server or community and publish the completed project on the Evanawesomebx channel.
Generally free
In most cases, the program is offered free of charge. Optional payment is allowed, but it does not guarantee selection, priority, or creative control.
Selected partnerships
BX Productions chooses partnerships based on quality, creativity, community engagement, and overall fit with the BX Productions brand.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
How the program works
The BX Productions Partnership Program is an initiative in which server owners and communities may submit requests for BX Productions to create a featured video about their server. In most cases, this service is provided free of charge. Communities may choose to compensate @Evanawesomebx if they wish, but payment is entirely optional and not required for consideration.
BX Productions retains full discretion in selecting which servers or communities to partner with. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, as each partnership is carefully chosen based on quality, creativity, community engagement, and overall fit with the BX Productions brand.

Terms
Participation in the BX Productions Partnership Program is voluntary and subject to approval. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance.
BX Productions retains full discretion in selecting which communities to feature.
The Program is generally offered free of charge. Voluntary payment to @Evanawesomebx is optional and does not guarantee selection, priority, or creative control.
BX Productions maintains full creative and editorial control over all content, including recording, editing, title, thumbnail, and publishing schedule.
All partnership videos will be published exclusively on the Evanawesomebx channel using YouTube’s Collaboration feature. No content will be posted on other channels without explicit consent.
By participating, the Community grants permission for gameplay, builds, logos, and related content to be recorded, published, and promoted as part of the collaboration.
BX Productions reserves the right to decline, cancel, or terminate a partnership at any time.
No guarantees are made regarding views, engagement, growth, or performance.
BX Productions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
Any draft versions of partnership videos will include a watermark, which will remain until the final product is published.

RECORDING TEAM EXPECTATIONS
Higher standards. More responsibility.
These guidelines apply to all recordings, whether internal or public, and must be followed at all times. As a member of the Recording Team, you are held to a higher standard than regular members. You are expected to follow all guidelines, or you may be removed from the team. In return, you receive additional perks and benefits for your role.

If you have video editing experience, you may be able to join the Editor Team and help edit videos.

Gain access to giveaways and opportunities made specifically for Recording Team members.
Exclusive Previews

Rules
Do not leak recording information
Leaking, sharing, or posting any recording-related information, scripts, or behind-the-scenes content outside of authorized BX Productions platforms is strictly prohibited.
Maintain a higher standard
Members of the Recording Team are held to a higher standard than regular community members. You are expected to strictly follow all guidelines, or you may be removed from the team.
Communicate conflicts and issues
Members should actively communicate any scheduling conflicts or technical issues to moderators as soon as possible.
Stay active and follow the guidelines
Failure to comply with any of the guidelines, or becoming inactive, may result in removal from the Recording Team and/or further disciplinary action.
MANAGEMENT NOTICE
@Management reserves the right to add or remove anyone from the Recording Team at any time. Not all members join the team in the same way, and placement is at management's discretion.
